Shenzhen Donghai International Tendering Co., Ltd. 2. 有意向的合格投標人可從2023年9月5日起至2023年9月12日每天（節(jié)假日除外）上午9：00～11：30，下午2：30～5：00（北京時間）在中國廣東省深圳市羅湖區(qū)太寧路2號百仕達大廈27B售標書處購買招標文件，本招標文件售價：人民幣500元，售后不退。
Interested qualified bidders can purchase the bidding documents from September 5, 2023 to September 12, 2023 at the bidding office of 27B, Baishida Building, No. 2 Taining Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China from 9: 00 am to 11: 30 am and 2: 30 pm to 5: 00 pm (Beijing time) every day (excluding holidays). The price of this bidding document is RMB 500, which is non-refundable after sale.
三、提交投標文件截止時間、開標時間和地點
1.所有投標文件應于2023年9月27日下午14：30（北京時間）之前遞交到深圳市東海國際招標有限公司開標室。（本項目采用郵寄的方式接收投標文件，請各位投標供應商于開標時間前郵寄至：中國廣東省深圳市羅湖區(qū)太寧路2號百仕達大廈27B（以快遞送達時間為準）如快遞送到時間超過開標時間，將被拒收。）
All bidding documents shall be submitted to the Bid Opening Office of Shenzhen Donghai International Tendering Co., Ltd. before 14:30 pm on September 27th, 2023 (Beijing time). (The bidding documents are received by mail in this project, and the bidding supplier shall mail them to the 27B, Baishida Building, No. 2 Taining Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China before the bid opening time (subject to the delivery time of express delivery). If the express delivery time exceeds the bid opening time, it will be rejected.)
2.定于2023年9月27日下午14：30（北京時間）在中國廣東省深圳市羅湖區(qū)太寧路2號百仕達大廈27B開標室公開開標。

3.按照商務部要求，投標人必須經注冊成為其會員才可以參加投標，注冊之前請先和招標網負責人張偉聯(lián)系確認，電話13426428357，從購買標書到最終出中標結果的所有程序都需要在此網上進行。因此投標人若參加國際標的投標必須在中國國際招標網上注冊并保證通過年檢。
